Enquire allows the capacity to track financial contributions and miscellaneous details of Donors. Donors are managed at the Group level by Users with Administrator role. It is possible to Add or edit Donor details. Total $ contribution from each Donor is also identified at the Group level.
Project Managers can identify a Donor at the Project level when Adding a Funding Source.
A donor in Enquire refers to the organisation who is the funding source of a project. They are set up at the Group level and then allocated at the Project level. Note that a donor can’t be deleted once it has been aligned to a Project.
1. Log into your Enquire account
2. Select the drop-down arrow next to Home and then My Group
3. From the tabulated menu that appears, select the Donors tab. You are now in the Group Donors area where you can add all current Wild River Rangers Donors.
4. Select Add Donor. You will now need to enter the Donor name and dollar amount. Note that you only input numbers into the Amount column.
5. Select Save. You have now added a new donor.
6. You are able to edit group donors at any stage. Simply double click on the Donor name you wish to edit (My Group level), and make any changes to the Name and/or Amount then Save.
