Deactivate User Account

If a user in your organisation no longer needs access to the Applicant Portal, you can deactivate their account. They will no longer be able to log into the Applicant Portal. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

To deactivate a user account:

1. Select My Contacts.

2. Select View next to the user profile you wish to deactivate.

3. Select Deactivate Account.

4. Select Ok to deactivate the account.

5. Select Ok when prompted.

The user's account will now show as Inactive.
