If another user has forgotten their password, you can assist them by resetting it.
1. Select My Contacts.
2. Select View next to the user profile which requires a password reset.
3. Select Reset Password.
4. Select Ok to reset the user's password.
5. Select Ok when prompted. An email will be sent to the user with a new password.
