Completed projects can be reopened on the Overview tab by selecting the Reactivate button.
There are two key reasons as to why you may not be able to reactivate a project:
1. You do not have the correct role permissions. Project Manager, Delivery Area Manager, Business Contract Manager, Business Financial Manager and Portfolio Manager are able to reactivate projects.
2. The project may be a child project of a Primary Project. If the Primary project is Completed, child projects can not be reactivate until the Primary Project is reactivated.
