The Applicant Portal is your organisation's public gateway for external applicants to apply for grant funding. When a round has been published, applicants can view the available rounds and register for an Applicant Portal account. As a Applicant Portal user, applicants can save and submit applications, invite other users and track the progress of their applications.
If your organisation is are interested in using the Applicant Portal or would like to find out more, please contact the Enquire Help Desk on +61 73911 1245 or support@Enquire.net.au.
Your Applicant Portal requires preparation by your system administrator before it is ready to advertise your Rounds.
The Branding page allows you to brand the public side of the Application Portal. It provides the ability to set headers and footers for the portal, configure a contact us page specifically for enquiries regarding your Grant Rounds, and set up Terms and Conditions of use for your external applicants.
Create User Defined Components
Create any User Defined Components (UDCs) and fields you may want to use in your Application Form. Remember to add these new UDCs to the relevant Project Template.
You will need to have an application form built ready to be applied to a Round. All Application Forms are built based on a Project Template. These both can be managed on the My Group > Templates & Forms tab.
You will need to create a Round and make sure the correct application is being used by the relevant Round. If required, you may need to create a new Round or edit an existing one.
Once your Round is ready to be viewed by the public, with correct application form attached – you will need to Publish the public Round.
Submitted applications from the portal are ready to be assessed by your organisation using your application approval workflow. Applications are located under the View All Project Applications table.
Manage Applicant Portal Contacts
Applicants' details are automatically entered into your CRM when applicants self-register. To avoid cluttering your CRM, your Applicant Portal user and contacts are kept in a separate area and found using specialised search options. Applicant Portal contacts can be converted into standard CRM contacts if required by your organisation.
